Brookie Cookies – A Brownie and a Cookie

Ingredients

  • For the chocolate chip cookies:
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup MaxLiving Grass-Fed Whey Protein Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup stevia
  • 1 large free range egg
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free chocolate chips, mini

  • For the brownie cookies:
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup MaxLiving Grass-Fed Whey Protein Chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup stevia
  • 1 large free range egg
  • 1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips, mini
  • liquid stevia, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º. Mix all of the chocolate chip cookie ingredients in a bowl until your consistency is like cookie dough. If it is too thick, you may need to add a few drops of water.
  2. In a different bowl, mix all of the brownie cookie ingredients in a bowl, except for the chocolate chips, until your consistency is like cookie dough.
  3. Spoon out 1 tablespoon of each dough into your palms and roll into a ball, swirling the flavors together. Flatten between your palms and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the brownie side with chocolate chips.
  4. Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
